To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a weekend of relaxation and revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend.

Formal attire for women includes mid to full-length dresses, nothing mini, and appropriate cocktail attire. For men suits and ties are recommended however slacks, a button up shirt and sports coats are perfectly fine. Cowboy boots are good but no blue jeans please.

Our wedding venue is unique because it exists on a large ranch with deer and cattle and cottages to accommodate all of our guests. The ranch is located 10 minutes outside downtown Fredericksburg. When you arrive at the ranch, the Lodge Reception Hall and Chapel will be on your right. Continue following the road leading to the cottages. We really hope you take advantage of the opportunity to stay on the property, enjoy its beauty and mingle closer with family and friends throughout the weekend.

All of the cottages on site have been blocked for our wedding guests with arrival on Friday, February 20, 2026 and departure on February 22, 2026. As bride and groom, we have first priority to reserve designated cottages for our wedding party and close family members and we will be advising them of those choices. Once those decisions have been made, the remaining cottages, whether one, two or three bedrooms, will then be available to guests on a first come, first reserve basis. Click on the link provided under the Travel section of this webpage for contact information to call and book your cottage reservation. We recommend that families and close friends consider sharing the two- or three-bedroom cottages for a great get-away weekend.

The cottages will be blocked for guest booking up until December 1st. PER Policy of our venue, cottage may no longer be guarantee. If you do not book a Cottage there are other options under The Travel Page that you can book with.

Yes! The Lodge requires a 2-night stay minimum! If this is something that is not possible for you to do the bride and groom have selected other hotels that will have rooms blocked out for guest to book from, found un er The Travel Page.

The cabin includes, a sink, a coffee maker, a microwave, a fridge, and a small grill.

The Friday night dinner is for EVERYONE and we are hopeful that all of our wedding guests will be able to attend!! The Fredericksburg Brewery provides the perfect spot to kick off Bejamin and Rebekah's wedding weekend with food, fun, fellowship and a brewsky to boot! Please plan to join us, come ready to eat and have fun!

Yes, there will be round-trip bus transportation between the wedding venue and the Fredericksburg Brewery. Buses will pick up guests at the front doors of The Lodge Reception Hall on Friday night. Times of departure TBD! If you don’t want to make the walk from your cottage to the Reception Hall you may park at the Reception Hall and leave your car there while you take the bus. You are also free to use your own transportation if you prefer, we just ask that you be extra careful, particularly when driving at night to and from the venue. On our wedding there will be no off-site transportation.

Unfortunately, no, the buses will not transport guests to and from any location other than The Lodge Reception Hall. If you choose to stay off site from the wedding venue, we kindly ask that you either drive to and park at the Lodge Reception Hall in time to catch the bus or you arrange your own transportation to the Fredericksburg Brewery on Friday evening from your hotel. Parking will be available on the left side of the Reception Hall if you decide on this option.

The wedding venue does not maintain a full-service restaurant of any kind. All cottages have a sink, a coffee maker, a microwave, a fridge, and a small grill if you are so inclined to bring your own snacks or provisions to enjoy during your stay. Fredericksburg has many restaurants where you can enjoy a meal and a few of these locations have been suggested in the “Things to Do” section of this website. Vouchers provided by the venue for various eating establishments around town will be included in your Welcome Bag when you arrive.
